Bach to Rock Herndon (Metrobilly Ventures, Inc.) collects the information you provide when you apply, including your contact details, work history, answers to screening questions, and any files you upload, to evaluate you for employment. If you're offered a position, we'll also collect information needed to complete a background check (only with your written authorization) and new-hire paperwork.

Your information is used only for hiring and employment purposes. It is shared only with the people involved in hiring at our school and with service providers who help us hire (such as our applicant tracking system, CareerPlug, and our background check provider). We don't sell your information.

Voluntary self-identification information (EEO) is kept separate from your application and is not used in hiring decisions.
