About Bach to Rock Herndon
Bach to Rock Herndon is a modern music school serving young children through structured, engaging early childhood music programs.

Position Overview
We are hiring an Early Childhood Class Instructor to lead music and movement based group classes for young children. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a structured classroom while creating an engaging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead group classes using established curriculum and structure
  • Maintain classroom management and engagement
  • Provide a positive experience for students and parents
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and families
Requirements
  • Experience with young children preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Consistent availability
Process / Pay
  • Phone interview → On-site interview + teaching demonstration → offer contingent on background check
  • Tiered hourly pay: $18–$22/hr (Tier 1–3)
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
